Account details: your name, email, mobile number, company name, country and currency. Your password is stored encrypted and nobody at Blumbase can read it.

Your business data: what you enter into the systems yourself, such as customers, invoices and contracts. For a company formation order, the details needed to form it, such as the founder's name, address, date of birth and business activity.

Payments: all payments go through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Technical data: device and browser type and sign-in logs to protect your account, plus simple visit statistics for our website (the pages you visited and your approximate country) without storing your IP address.

To run the systems and services you use, process your payments, deliver your orders, contact you about your account, and protect the platform from abuse. Nothing else.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal or company data with anyone for marketing. Within our team, access is limited to the people who need it to serve you.

Service providers we need to run the platform, such as hosting, payments and email. They see only what their job requires and are bound by confidentiality.

Government offices and the registered agent when forming your company, and only the details the formation requires.

If you accept advertising cookies, we send TikTok general events such as viewing a service or completing a purchase so we can measure our ads. Your email and phone are hashed so they cannot be read. You can decline this at any time.

And finally, if the law requires it, such as a valid court order. Outside these cases we do not share your data with anyone.

Each company's data is isolated from every other at the database level, so no company can ever see another's data. Connections are fully encrypted, and you decide each employee's permissions inside your account.

On your side, keep your password safe and do not share it; it is the key to your account.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. If you close your account and ask us to delete your data, we do, except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoice and payment records.

At any time you can view, correct, export and request deletion of your data. Email us at contact@blumbase.com and we will act on your request promptly.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language, theme and currency; the site needs these to work. Advertising cookies are only switched on with your consent, and the site works fully without them.
