Terms of Service

Blumbase is a platform of business-management systems and services for companies, run by AZIZBABA LLC, registered in the United States of America. By creating an account or buying a service you agree to these terms.

You must be 18 or older. Enter accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us right away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

The account owner is responsible for what happens in the account, including what the employees they add do. You can add and remove employees at any time from Settings.

Every system starts with a free 7-day trial, no card needed. After that you pick the plan that suits you and pay monthly in the currency shown to you.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month and you can cancel at any time from the subscription page. After cancelling, the system keeps working until the end of the paid period and does not renew.

If a payment fails we will tell you and give you time to update your payment method before access pauses. If prices change we will let you know in advance; your current subscription price never changes without notice.

We offer one-off services such as US company formation and building online stores and custom systems. Work starts after payment, and you can follow every step from your account.

For US company formation we handle the filings and paperwork on your behalf. We are not a law firm and do not give legal or tax advice, so if your situation is unusual we recommend asking a specialist.

The timelines we quote are estimates from experience (about 15 business days for formation, and 2 to 5 weeks for the EIN). Government offices sometimes take longer for reasons outside our control, and we will tell you if that happens.

The formation price includes the government fees. To keep the company active, the registered agent renewal is paid yearly ($129). After formation the company is fully yours; its later filings and taxes are your responsibility, and we are happy to help with them as an add-on service.

Everything you enter into the systems, from customers to invoices and files, stays yours. We use it only to run the service for you, and we never sell it or share it for marketing. Each company's data is fully isolated from every other company.

You can export your data at any time, and if you close your account we delete it on request. The platform itself, its design and its software belong to us, and you use them under these terms.

Use the platform for your legitimate business only. Do not use it for fraud or anything illegal, and do not try to break into it, disrupt it or copy it. That is all we ask.

We work hard to keep everything running well and fix any problem fast. Still, like any online service, short outages or scheduled maintenance can happen, and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.

We rely on trusted providers for payments and hosting (such as Stripe). If a fault on our side causes you a direct loss, our responsibility is capped at what you paid us in the previous three months. This is a standard limit for digital services and helps us keep prices low.

We only pause an account for a clear reason: an obvious breach of these terms, illegal use, or non-payment after a reminder. In normal cases we contact you first so we can sort it out together.

And you can leave whenever you want. Cancel your subscriptions, export your data, and close your account with no fees.

We resolve any disagreement by talking first. Email us at contact@blumbase.com and we will reply and find a fair solution. If a formal step is ever needed, the governing law is that of the State of New Mexico, USA.

We may update these terms as the platform grows. For any important change we will show it to you inside the platform and ask for your agreement before it applies to you.
