Terms of Service

"Platform" or "Blumbase" means the website and services of AZIZBABA LLC. "Systems" are the business-management systems available on the Platform. "Service" includes any professional service we provide, including the US company formation service. "Account" is your platform account. "User" or "Employee" is any person you create an account for within your company.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

The account owner (admin) is responsible for all activity under the account, including that of employees they create. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Blumbase provides a platform of business-management systems and services. Each system is subscribed to independently. We may develop, modify, or discontinue features from time to time to improve the Services.

Each system starts with a free trial, then a monthly subscription billed in US Dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you authorize us to charge the recurring fees through our payment processor.

We may change prices with reasonable prior notice. Failed payments may result in suspended access. Fees exclude any taxes that may apply to you based on your jurisdiction.

We provide a facilitation and filing service. AZIZBABA LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide us.

Stated timelines (e.g. ~15 business days for formation, 2–5 weeks for the EIN) are estimates only; government processing times are outside our control.

The service price includes state filing fees paid to government authorities, which are non-refundable once submitted. Keeping the entity in good standing requires the annual registered-agent renewal ($129). You are responsible for the formed entity's ongoing compliance, taxes and filings.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, money-laundering, or sanctioned purpose. You may not attempt to breach the platform's security, disrupt it, scrape it, or reverse-engineer it. You must comply with all applicable laws in your country and the United States.

You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your data. Each company's data is isolated from others (see the Privacy Policy). The platform, its brand and software are ours; you are granted no rights in them except to use the Services under these Terms.

Payments are processed by a third party (Stripe), and we may rely on other providers to operate the Services. Those services are governed by their providers' terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Estimates are not guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and defend us against any claims or losses arising from your use of the Services, your data, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. You may stop using the Services and cancel at any time. Provisions intended to survive termination remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. We seek to resolve any dispute informally first by contacting us at contact@blumbase.com before any formal proceeding.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
