Refund Policy
This policy explains when refunds are and aren't available for Blumbase subscriptions and services.
1. System Subscriptions
You may request a refund within seven (7) days of the start of any paid subscription. After 7 days have passed, the subscription fee becomes non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period once the 7-day window has passed.
No refund is available after seven (7) days from the start of the subscription.
2. Free Trials
The free trial (7 days) is free of charge, and you are only charged if you subscribe after it ends.
3. US Company Formation Service
The US company-formation service fee is non-refundable once you submit your order, because we begin the process as soon as the order is received and government fees are paid to authorities that cannot be recovered.
Annual registered-agent renewal fees are non-refundable once paid.
And for complete peace of mind: in the rare case we are unable to complete your company formation, you receive a full refund.
The formation fee is non-refundable once the order is submitted. If we cannot complete your formation, you get a full refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@blumbase.com from your account email with your order details within the eligible window. We will review your request and respond.
Before initiating any chargeback, please contact us first; starting a dispute without contacting us may result in account suspension.
