Refund Policy

You have 7 days from the start of any paid subscription to try it. If it is not right for you within that time, message us and we refund the full amount, no questions asked.

After 7 days the current month counts as used and is not refunded. You can cancel at any time; the system keeps working until the end of the paid period and then simply does not renew.

The 7-day free trial needs no card and nothing is charged. Payment only starts when you choose to subscribe yourself.

After paying, you complete your company details and we start the filings and pay the government fees in your name. Once your paperwork has been submitted to the authorities the amount cannot be refunded, because those fees are not returned to us.

If you have paid but we have not yet submitted your paperwork, you can ask for a refund and we return the full amount.

The yearly registered agent renewal is paid to the agent and is not refundable once paid.

For services such as building an online store or a custom system, if you ask for a refund before work has started we return the full amount. Once work has started we account for what has been delivered and refund the rest. And if we cannot deliver the service for any reason on our side, you get a full refund.

Email us at contact@blumbase.com or message us on WhatsApp from the site, with your account email and the order details. We reply within two business days.

The refund goes back to the same payment method you used and usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

If you have any issue with a payment, please contact us first before opening a dispute with your bank. We will sort it out with you directly, and faster.
