Affiliate Programme Terms

Joining is by application and subject to review. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion and without stating a reason.

Your details must be accurate: the platforms you promote on, your account names and their links. Inaccurate details are sufficient grounds to decline an application or to end participation later.

The account belongs to your company. It cannot be transferred, sold or shared.

Once approved you receive your own code. It applies to the US LLC formation service only, and to no other service, nor to the add-ons attached to an order.

A customer who uses your code receives $15 off, and a commission of $25 is recorded for you on each paid order.

A commission is recorded once per order however many times the payment notification is delivered, and no order can be shared between affiliates.

You may not use your own code on purchases by you or your company. The system refuses this automatically.

A commission is recorded only after the customer's payment actually completes, not when the code is entered or the order is created.

It stays earned for as long as the order stands.

If a customer cancels their order, is refunded in whole or in part, or raises a chargeback on the payment, the commission on that order is reversed automatically.

If you had already withdrawn that commission, its value is offset against your future balance, which stays negative until later commissions cover it. We will not demand the return of money already transferred to you.

If the order later returns to a paid state, the commission is restored.

The minimum withdrawal request is $100. Requests below it are not accepted.

Requested earnings are transferred on the first day of each month. A request received during a month is transferred on the first day of the following month.

Transfers go to the bank account you registered, and you alone are responsible for its accuracy. We are not liable for funds lost to an incorrect account number.

Any transfer or currency-exchange fees charged by your bank or an intermediary are deducted from the amount and are not borne by us.

Companies registered in Saudi Arabia earn and are paid in Saudi Riyals; companies registered elsewhere earn and are paid in US Dollars.

Currency follows your company's registered country on the platform, not your physical location when you sign in.

You are solely responsible for any tax, zakat or government obligation arising on your earnings in your own country.

Amounts transferred to you are gross. We do not withhold tax on your behalf and do not file tax returns for you.

Paid advertising under the Blumbase name or anything confusingly similar, including bidding on our name in search engines.

Unsolicited messaging by email, WhatsApp or any channel, and posting your code on coupon sites without our written permission.

Impersonating Blumbase, or implying that you are an employee or an official representative.

Any promise or guarantee made in our name that we have not made ourselves: guaranteed approval, a specific formation timeline, or a guaranteed bank account or payment gateway.

Any means of inflating referrals artificially: sham orders, fake accounts, or arranging a refund with the customer after purchase.

We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time if you breach these terms, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if your promotion harms the platform's reputation.

Where participation is terminated for a breach, unpaid commissions are forfeited.

You may leave the programme at any time. Balances earned before you leave are transferred on the usual schedule, provided they exceed the minimum and no breach occurred.

This is an independent marketing relationship. You are not an employee, partner or legal agent of AZIZBABA LLC, and you have no authority to contract or create obligations in our name.

There is no salary and no guaranteed minimum earnings; your return depends entirely on actual sales made through your code.

We may amend these terms, the discount, the commission or the minimum withdrawal in future, and will notify you of the change.

Amendments apply to new orders from their date onward and do not affect a commission already recorded. Continuing to use your code after an amendment constitutes acceptance of it.

You see the order reference, its date and your commission. You do not see the customer's name, their details or their company: that is our customers' data and it is not shared.

Your own details (bank account name and number, and your platform accounts) are used solely to run the programme and pay your earnings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, and any dispute arising from them is subject to its competent courts.

The general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy continue to apply to your platform account; these terms supplement them rather than replace them.
