What is the difference between you and Shopify or Salla?

They rent you a ready-made store for an ongoing monthly fee; we code a store that belongs to you for a single payment. The code and the data are yours, and any feature you want we add, rather than you hunting for an app and paying monthly for it. If you stop paying them your store closes; with us it keeps running, because it is yours.

Is there really no monthly subscription?

There is no monthly platform fee and no app fees, and that is the biggest difference between us and them. The only recurring cost is renewing hosting and the domain each year, which is free with us for the first year and costs far less afterwards than an ongoing monthly subscription.

What does hosting cost after the first year?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size of your store and your traffic, and we tell you exactly what it will be before the first year ends, with no surprises. For most stores it is less than two months of a ready-made platform subscription.

How long does the store take?

Accepted Answer

The store is ready within 14 days of receiving your details and products. If you choose the bundle with the US company, the formation runs in parallel and takes about 15 business days, the EIN takes 2 to 5 weeks, and the payment gateway is wired up within 3 days of the company being ready.

Can I add features after launch?

Yes, and this is the strongest part of the service. Any feature you need we build for you, without being limited by whether an app happens to exist. Larger features outside the core store are quoted separately and agreed with you first.

Who owns the store and the data?

Accepted Answer

You do. The code, the design, the database and your customers' data are all yours, and you can move or extend them with any developer whenever you like. You are not locked to us.

Do I need a US company?

Accepted Answer

No, the store works without one. But if you want to take global payments through Stripe and a US bank account, the bundle gives you that for far less than buying it separately.
